Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoi City (Quang Binh Province) Hoang Ngoc Dan has just signed a decision to discipline Mr. Tu Minh Hai - Director of the Agricultural Service Center (DVNN) of Dong Hoi City with a warning.
According to the disciplinary decision, Mr. Tu Minh Hai was handled with a warning. He violated the provisions of Clause 5, Article 16 and Clause 3, Article 18, Decree No. 112/2020 of the Government on disciplinary action against cadres, civil servants and public employees.
The disciplinary period lasts 12 months, calculated from the date the decision is signed and issued.
This disciplinary decision was made during the handling of violations at the Dong Hoi City Internal Affairs Center.

The inspection conclusion showed that internal spending regulations were not complete, revenue sources were not effectively exploited, and disease prevention and control plans were not strict, and technical procedures were not followed. Violations in funding management to support the ST24 and ST25 rice growing models and organic rice production in cooperatives in the 2020-2023 period caused a loss of more than 155.9 million VND.
The Center's Director, Mr. Tu Minh Hai, was primarily responsible for the violations. The inspectorate requested the recovery of 160.88 million VND deposited in the temporary detention account.
