However, due to rising tides after the storm, many central streets were flooded. For example, at the Nguyen Tri Phuong - Hoang Van Thu intersection, flooding occurred for many hours, affecting traffic in this area. Traffic police flooded, regulated, and guided vehicles on appropriate routes, ensuring safety for people and vehicles when passing through flooded areas.
At the foot of Lac Long bridge, there was also deep flooding, the water level was nearly 1m high. According to the reporter, a car stalled right at the foot of the bridge, the deepest section of the water. Rescue forces were also present to assist people and warn vehicles not to pass through the above road.
Hai Phong Drainage Company has also put up warning signs of danger at flooded areas after the storm. According to the reporter's observation, the Tam Bac River area has increased water levels due to high tides.
