Through this interaction channel, people and businesses can comprehensively reflect pressing issues of people's lives to authorities at all levels for timely reception and resolution.
After just over 3 months of operation, more than 9 million people have accessed the application, receiving more than 12,000 feedbacks and recommendations, of which the city's functional agencies and units have handled more than 9,500 feedbacks, reaching nearly 80%.
As of October 16, 2024, account N.M.T reported the situation of cars occupying the sidewalk on Nguyen Khoi Street (Hai Ba Trung District), obstructing pedestrians.
