Cao Bang - The provincial Social Insurance (SI) has just announced a list of 72 enterprises that owe social insurance and health insurance.

Accordingly, by the end of February, the whole province of Cao Bang had 72 employers owing social insurance, health insurance (HI), unemployment insurance (UI), occupational accident and disease insurance for 3 months or more with a total amount of 9.9 billion VND, an increase of 2 units and 0.3 billion VND compared to January 2025.

Of which, 28 units are unable to collect 7.3 billion VND. Enterprises with large debts include the Vietnam Minerals and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company Branch in Cao Bang owing 5.9 billion VND; Viet Trung Coal and Mineral Industries Company owing 422.7 million VND; Tran Hung Cao Bang Company Limited owes 170.4 million VND; Cao Bang Tourism Management Company Limited owes 136.7 million VND; Hoang Viet Anh Construction Company Limited owes 110.8 million VND; Le Thanh Construction Company owes 110.1 million VND; Gia Hung 66 Furniture Company Limited owes 94.3 million VND; Cao Bang Tourism Management Company Limited owes 70.8 million VND...

In addition to enterprises with large debts, there are enterprises that owe only a few tens of millions of VND, but the debt period is long, leading to a situation where many employees do not receive social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance benefits.

It is known that for units and enterprises that are intentionally late in paying, Cao Bang Social Insurance will screen, synthesize documents, and request competent authorities to coordinate in handling them according to the provisions of law.
