Mr. Hoang Chien Thang - Director of the Executive Board of Bai Vot - Ham Nghi - Information - Information, Bai Vot - Ham Nghi Expressway has worked more than 90%.
Mr. Thang affirmed that the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi will clear technical traffic on April 19 and will ensure the main route on April 28 under the direction of the Ministry of Construction and the Government.
According to Mr. Thang, in recent days, the contractors have focused on speeding up the progress, doing it overnight to strive to complete the construction and clear the main route under the direction of the superior.
The North -South Expressway Project in the East period 2021 - 2025 through Ha Tinh area has a total length of more than 102km with 3 component projects: Bai Vu - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang and Vung Ang - Buoi. In particular, the beach section - Ham Nghi has a length of 35.28km, worth 6,044 billion VND by the contractor's joint venture is Vietnam Import -Export and Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex) and 319 Ministry of Defense and Defense Corporation.
Ham Nghi - Vung Ang section has a length of more than 54km, a total investment of 9,734 billion VND by the consortium of contractors: Tu Lap Construction Co., Ltd., Xuan Truong Construction Company, 471 Joint Stock Company, 368 Construction Joint Stock Company.
Bidding package of Vung Ang (Ha Tinh) - Bung (Quang Binh) is longer than 50km, of which the section passing Ha Tinh is 12.9km long.
Contractors aim to complete the construction of the North - South Expressway project through Ha Tinh area to clear the main route on April 28, 2025. While the schedule under the contract is in October 2025, it will exceed 6 months.
