On the afternoon of March 12, the People's Committee of Ha Long City chaired a meeting to agree on the plan to organize the Ha Long Carnival 2025 program with the participation of representatives of relevant departments, branches and sectors.
The 2025 Ha Long Carnival Festival has the theme "Connecting Heritage, Pioneering to shine".
The festival is scheduled to take place on May 1, 2025 at Sun Carnival Square and Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City.
The program includes many vibrant artistic activities such as the Ha Long Carnival, costume dance, DJ performance and high-altitude artistic fireworks display.
The program is expected to be 90 minutes long and will be broadcast live on the channels of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center and rebroadcast on a number of TV stations in provinces and cities across the country.
On the sidelines of the festival, many attractive activities will take place such as flashmob performances, costume experience booths, body painting and making personal masks.
Ha Long Carnival is an annual cultural and tourism event organized by Quang Ninh province, aiming to promote local culture and create unique tourism products in the summer.
The event aims to stimulate tourism in the province, while aiming to develop Ha Long Carnival into an international festival, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
