The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on disseminating and implementing Official Dispatch No. 16/CD-TTg dated February 18, 2025 of the Prime Minister on urging to promote the allocation and disbursement of public investment capital in 2025.
Based on the actual situation of implementing public investment disbursement in Hanoi, the Hanoi People's Committee requests directors of city departments and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; Directors of specialized project management boards of the city; Investors of city-level basic construction investment projects are responsible for disseminating, thoroughly grasping and implementing them seriously, effectively and promptly in Official Dispatch No. 16/CD-TTg dated February 18, 2025 of the Prime Minister.
The City People's Committee will consider strictly handling cases of delay and lack of responsibility in implementing the allocation and disbursement of public investment capital.
Assign the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over a comprehensive review of the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital in the city; advise on organizing a conference on basic construction in the whole city (expected to be held in the week from February 24, 2025 to March 2, 2025) chaired by the Chairman of the City People's Committee to listen to reports and direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles to promote the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025.
