Racing for progress on Can Tho - Ca Mau highway
At the Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway construction site, dozens of workers, engineers and machinery are being mobilized to construct the asphalt concrete pavement. The construction unit is Truong Son Construction Corporation. The 250m asphalt pavement section in Can Tho - Hau Giang marks the transition from roadbed construction to highway surface completion.
According to Colonel Tran Hai Bac, Director of Truong Son Nam Management Board, after checking the quality, the contractor will lay asphalt concrete on the entire route. The project is closely monitored to ensure construction quality. At the same time, contractor Company 492 is also constructing 130m of asphalt connecting Hau Giang - Ca Mau.
Previously, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the completion of the Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway before December 31, 2025, connecting the North - South expressway smoothly and continuing to invest in the Can Tho - Dat Mui section.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Si said that the contractor prepared meals and drinks for engineers and workers when they worked overtime at noon and in the evening.
