According to initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, people discovered smoke and fire rising strongly from the 3rd floor of a house on Phung Van Cung Street, Cau Kieu Ward. The fire spread quickly, creating a column of black smoke that could be seen from afar. Many people tried to put out the fire on the spot but failed and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Upon receiving the report, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department dispatched many specialized fire trucks and officers and soldiers to the scene, deploying attack teams to control the fire.
By nearly 4:00 p.m., the fire was completely extinguished. The incident did not cause any human casualties. The cause and extent of property damage are being clarified by the authorities.
