Dong Thap - A major fire caused severe damage to a composite plastic warehouse in Cao Lanh City.

On the evening of March 13, Dong Thap Provincial Police said they were collecting damage statistics and urgently investigating and clarifying the cause of the fire at a composite warehouse in Cao Lanh City.

Initial sources show that at around 13:20 on the same day, a fire broke out at a composite plastic warehouse located at 26 Le Van Dang Street, Hamlet 3, Ward 4, Cao Lanh City. Upon receiving the report, Ward 4 Police quickly deployed forces to the scene to carry out on-site fire fighting measures.

However, due to the fierce fire, it was very difficult to control the fire. With the timely support of professional forces from the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department; Traffic Police Department of Dong Thap Provincial Police and Police of 13 communes and wards in Cao Lanh City, by 3:00 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically controlled and extinguished.

It is known that the above-mentioned warehouse was owned by Bao Nghiep Company Limited, which specializes in producing composite plastic products. The fire caused a lot of property damage but no human damage.
