Recorded directly by the reporter at the scene, at around 4:30 p.m. on May 13, the fire started from a factory along Phuc Dien Street. Fire and smoke rose fiercely, black smoke columns rolled up the entire area, causing panic among people, calling the authorities.
Some witnesses said that the initial cause was believed to be an excavator accidentally hitting a power line, causing a fire at a paper factory.







As soon as the news was received, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force arrived at the scene, deploying fire extinguishing plans and preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring areas.
The leader of Tay Mo Ward People's Committee confirmed the incident and said: "The fire is still burning fiercely, the authorities are actively deploying fire fighting work. It is not yet possible to determine the exact location, owner of the factory as well as count the damage".
As of 5:45 p.m., the fire was still not completely controlled. Currently, the authorities have not recorded any human casualties.
