Initial information, at 6:53 am on February 17, Center 114 received a report of a fire at a resident's house at number 30, lot 22, Thai Phien street, Gia Vien ward.
The fire occurred on the 1st floor of a 3-story building. At the time of the fire, a child was inside the house. The Fire Police Team of Area 1 dispatched 2 fire trucks to the scene, deploying reconnaissance to rescue people and fight the fire.

At about 7:15 am on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. Functional forces also rescued 2 people in the fire, Ms. L.H. N (born in 1989) and baby B.H. T.L (born in 2017). Currently, the cause of the incident is being investigated and statistically clarified.
Also in the early morning of the 1st day of Tet, thanks to proactively arranging forces and vehicles to be ready, the Fire and Rescue Police Department promptly extinguished the fire that occurred in the pile of scrap from the Vento shoe factory of Nhat Viet Co., Ltd., at 132 Cat Bi Street, Hai An Ward, Hai Phong. The factory stopped operating before Tet, and machinery has been liquidated. The incident did not cause any casualties.
