In the early morning of April 28, a serious fire broke out at a 3-storey house with an attic at 87a, Alley 99/110/85 Dinh Cong Ha, Dinh Cong Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.
Accordingly, at around 3,20 a.m. the same day, Call Center 114 - City Police Command Information Center received a fire report at the above address.
Immediately, Hanoi City Police dispatched 7 specialized vehicles and officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department to the scene to coordinate with local authorities, Dinh Cong Ward Police and local people to organize fire fighting.
The leaders of the city police were present at the scene to direct fire fighting and rescue work.
At the time of detecting the fire, the fire broke out from the 2nd floor and spread to the 3rd floor. The location of the house was located deep in the alley, about 30m from the road surface, causing many difficulties for fire fighting, rescue and rescue.
The authorities quickly deployed firefighting work, promptly rescued one injured person, brought him out and handed him over to the medical force to take him to Bach Mai Hospital for emergency care.
By 3:46 a.m., the fire was basically extinguished. The authorities discovered 3 dead victims.
