At about 10:30 p.m. on March 19, a fire broke out at a fresh flower and wax flower shop of Mr. Bui Xuan T (born in 1996, address in Van Tai village, Minh Duc commune, Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province).
At the time of the fire, in the house were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy L (born in 1999), Bui Minh N (born in 2023), Bui Minh P (born in 2024), Bui Minh D (born in 2024) - the children of Ms. L and Ms. Pham Thi N (Ms. L's mother).
Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Manh Chung - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Minh Duc Commune (Tu Ky District, Hai Duong Province) said that after receiving the report of the fire, Minh Duc Commune Police mobilized local security forces to the fire, used tools and fire fighting equipment on the spot, and discussed with Tu Ky Town Police to support traffic flow, arranged Tu Ky District medical forces to send 2 ambulances to the fire to rescue victims.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hai Duong Province Police coordinated with Minh Duc Commune Police, Tu Ky Town Police, security forces at the facility, and Tu Ky District Medical Center to rescue people and take them to the emergency room.
At about 11:15 p.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, Ms. L, N, P, D and Mrs. N were rescued safely.
Initial preliminary damage determined that the fire occurred on an area of about 50m2, property damage was about 10 million VND, and there were no human casualties.
Minh Duc Commune Police are coordinating with PC07 Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police to resolve the matter according to regulations.
