More than 17:00 on February 10, a fire broke out at a material containing materials in Vinh Quynh commune (Thanh Tri district, Hanoi).
Through verification, this is a rubber conveyor beach, a flammable material and spreading very quickly.
At the scene, the fire smoke rising intensely accompanied by many loud bangs.
Witnesses at the scene said that after the fire broke out, some people in the fire area tried to find a way to put out the fire but failed.
Upon receiving the news, the fire protection and rescue force came to the scene to do the task.
As of more than 19pm 10.2, the representative of Thanh Tri District People's Committee said that the fire in Vinh Quynh commune was basically controlled, the case has not recorded casualties.
Currently, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police is still actively spraying water to prevent fire from spreading, limiting the fire again.
The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified.
