Speed up the implementation of Ring Road 1
Regarding the progress of the Ring Road 1 project, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested localities to seriously and urgently implement the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in Notice No. 66-TB/TU dated November 21, 2025 and Document No. 85-CV/TU dated November 23, 2025 on speeding up the implementation of the Ring Road 1 Construction Investment Project (Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section). Ensure the completion of all site clearance work before December 15, 2025 and completion of the route before January 15, 2026.

The City People's Committee shall base on the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to serve as a basis for developing a plan to overcome the remaining problems for the Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 2.5 projects to speed up the project's progress; report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
