The celebration will be held from 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday (September 2, 2025) at Ba Dinh Square and some central streets of Hanoi Capital; according to the Project on organizing parades and parades during the Commemoration Ceremony, parade, and parade of the Ministry of National Defense, with a scale of about 30,000 delegates and people; The main program is the spark parade, flag-raising ceremony, speech, parade - parade and art performance.
