The information was announced on 3.5 by Venerable Thich Le Trang - Vice Chairman of the Council of the Executive Board, Head of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Church in Ho Chi Minh City. Venerable Thich Le Trang emphasized the special meaning of the relics worshiping ceremony, considering this as an important event, marking the time of "having enough predestined" to respect and worship the sacred relics of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc.

According to Venerable Thich Le Trang, the exorcism of Thich Quang Duc was a prophecy for cremation on June 20, 1963 at the intersection of Le Van Duyet and Phan Dinh Phung (now the intersection of Cach Mang Thang 8 and Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 3), to protest the Buddhist oppression policy of the Ngo Dinh Diem government.
After his Incarnation, his heart did not burn, becoming an immortal charity, symbolizing the spirit of compassion, intelligence and indomitable in Vietnamese Buddhism.

During the Vesak 2025, Khu Khu Khu is invited to Vietnam National Assembly so that Buddhists, people and international delegates can worship, commemorate and learn from his indomitable spirit.
The Khulatrabi ceremony is not only a sacred Buddhist ritual but also contributes to spreading the message of peace, tolerance, national unity and the spirit of Forgiveness of the Buddha to the international community.
This is a special occasion for people to express their respect and gratitude to one of the monks who have had a profound influence in the history of Vietnamese Buddhism.
