Initial verification information, at 8:30 a.m. the same day, the authorities received a report that at the house under construction of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hieu (in Coc Leu ward), Mr. Dao Xuan Hoa (born in 1981, residing in Zone 3, Lang Son commune, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province) - the foreman of the construction workers of the above house - had died in the bedroom on the 2nd floor.
The cause of death has not been determined.
