On November 12, the People's Committee of Ha Giang province announced the decision to accept and appoint the position of Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee.
Ms. Chu Thi Ngoc Diep - President of the Women's Union of Ha Giang province was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee for a term of 5 years, starting from November 7, 2024.
Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son suggested that Ms. Chu Thi Ngoc Diep, in her new position, will continue to strive to perform well in management work, and at the same time advise and implement National Target Programs on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province, thereby improving the lives of ethnic people.
In his acceptance speech, the new Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Ha Giang province said that he will continuously learn, practice, improve his professional qualifications and promote the spirit of solidarity to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
