At around 10:30, Quang Ngai residents witnessed the sun's rays appearing. Many people were very excited so they used their phones to record beautiful moments and posted them on social networking sites. According to the reporter's records, this phenomenon was still there until after 12:00.
According to Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy - who has decades of research experience in disaster risk reduction, climate change and livelihoods, the solar cycle appeared in Quang Ngai on May 14. Before that, the solar cycle also appeared in the midland and mountainous provinces of the North.

The solar cycle appears due to the phenomenon of reflecting and reflecting sunlight through hexagonal bang crystals in thecirrostratus clouds at an altitude of about 5 - 10km. When light passes through these ice crystals, it is curved, divided into different colors, forming a bright circle around the sun, often having rainbow-like color, with red light at the inside and purple at the outside.
This phenomenon often occurs when the atmosphere at an altitude of 5,000-10,000m has a temperature drop to 00C, creating a deposition of thin ice crystals creating layered clouds covering the sky.
The solar cycle is sometimes associated with weather forecasts by the public as a sign of impending rain in the coming days. However, the phenomenon of solar ecstasy is not a sign of a long period of weather.
