Hai Phong Police rescue a young man who jumped from Binh Bridge

    The young man born in 2000 went up to Binh Bridge (Hai Phong) and jumped into the river but was promptly rescued by the traffic police.

    On the afternoon of February 27, Hai Phong City Police said: At 1:45 p.m. the same day, during a patrol in the Binh Bridge area (a bridge connecting Hong Bang District and Thuy Nguyen City), the Patrol and Control Team of May Chi Waterway Police Station, under the Traffic Police Department, Hai Phong City Police discovered and promptly rescued a case of jumping a bridge into the Cam River.

    As soon as the incident was discovered, the authorities quickly deployed rescue work, brought the victim to shore and transferred him to Tiep Hai Phong Hospital for emergency care. The victim was identified as Mr. N.V.T, born in 2000, residing in Thuong Ly ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong.

    Currently, the victim's health has stabilized and continues to be monitored and given medical care.

    Previously, on February 21, the Patrol Team controlling the May Chi Waterway Police Station (Traffic Police Department) also promptly rescued Ms. T.L.D, born in 2003, residing in So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong, from jumping into the Cam River.
