On the morning of February 12, Hai Phong City Police informed about a house fire on To Hieu Street (Le Chan District).

At about 8:39 p.m. on February 11, the leaders of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of Hai Phong City Police received information about a fire at a residential house at 5/30/199 To Hieu, Tran Nguyen Han Ward, Le Chan District.

The Department's leaders mobilized the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 1 with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team - Le Chan District Police and Tran Nguyen Han Ward Police to the scene.

At the scene, the fire broke out on the 2nd floor of a 2.5-storey house with an area of ​​16m². The Fire Police and Rescue forces urgently deployed forces and equipment to fight the fire. By 9:45 p.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished.

Initially, it was determined that there were no casualties because the house had a door opening onto alley 30/199 To Hieu. The upper floors had doors leading to the balcony with fixed iron bars, and had separate emergency exits for people to escape.

Currently, Le Chan District Police received the scene and investigated the cause of the fire according to regulations.
