Not only working during office hours, every Monday, every Wednesday, and Friday night, officers and soldiers of Thanh Khe Ward Police (Da Nang City) still turn on the headquarters lights to continue working overtime, welcoming people to make citizen identification cards, issue electronic identification cards and support online public service procedures.
With the motto "come to work but not end the working hours", working outside of working hours not only helps people solve procedures quickly and conveniently, but also demonstrates the spirit of dedicated service, flexibility of the police force according to actual needs.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thang - Head of Thanh Khe Ward Police said: "Expanding working hours outside of working hours is a way for Thanh Khe Ward Police to create conditions for people who are working, students and pupils who cannot come to do procedures during office hours. The ward police have mobilized maximum forces, ensured technical equipment and arranged a reasonable duty schedule to serve the people most effectively".
Not only receiving and handling ID card issuance procedures, the Ward Police also proactively propagate and instruct people to activate and use electronic identification accounts; at the same time, answer questions related to online public services, support digital transformation in each household.
