"I was really surprised and moved when I received all the full amount of money in such a short time.
Earlier, on April 12, Mr. Huong said that the wrong amount of VND 410 million was transferred to the Sacombank account of a stranger named Nguyen Van Hoa, residing in Dien Minh Ward, Dien Ban Town. Due to the geographical distance, Mr. Huong actively contacted thanks to the support from the police of Dien Minh ward.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son - Head of the Police Department of Dien Minh Ward - Information: “Immediately after receiving the reflection from Mr. Huong, we sent an account to verify the account holder and coordinate with the bank to handle. Through inspection, the receiving account did not trade for 3 years, so the account holder did not know if they had just received the wrong transfer.
After being explained clearly, Mr. Hoa and police officers went to Sacombank Duy Xuyen branch to carry out procedures for recovery of his account and return all the money to the wrong transfer. ”
The whole process goes smoothly and effectively. After only about 1 hour, Mr. Huong received the full amount of money transferred.
Lieutenant Colonel Son added, receiving a public thanks from the people is a great source of encouragement to the police soldiers: "This is a joy, is also the motivation for you to continue trying and serving the people in the best way".
