On March 13, Son La Provincial Police organized a draw to select subjects to verify assets and income in 2025.

According to Son La Provincial Police, in 2025, there will be 4 units selected for verification including: Department of Organization of Cadres, Economic Security, Investigation Security and Office of the Investigation Police Agency.

The number of people subject to verification accounts for 10% of the total number of individuals with annual declaration obligations at these units.

The verification focuses on the honesty, completeness and clarity of the declaration of assets and income, as well as the explanation of the origin of assets and additional income.

The verification of assets and income of those subject to declaration is carried out regularly according to the provisions of the Law on Anti-Corruption 2018. The purpose is to control assets and income, monitor fluctuations and determine the origin of assets and additional income, contributing to preventing corruption and serving the work of managing cadres.
