    On January 4, Thu Duc City Police, Ho Chi Minh City, are looking for the person who posted the video of a car with its traffic lights flashing wildly, causing a stir on social media.

    Thu Duc City Police request that anyone who filmed the video or knows about the incident contact the Traffic Police - Order Team of Thu Duc City Police to provide information.

    Authorities also said that the lamp post management unit had inspected the traffic posts and confirmed that they were all operating normally, with no technical errors.

    Previously, a video circulated on social media showing a blue car moving on the road when it reached a red traffic light, the signal system jumped randomly and then turned green. When the car passed, the light turned red again.

    According to Decree 168, effective from January 1, 2025, car drivers who do not comply with traffic lights will be fined from 18-20 million VND and have 4 points deducted from their driving license.
