On November 14, Minh Hoa Commune Police (Quang Tri) said that the unit had just organized an online response and guidance session on administrative procedures such as issuing and renewing driving licenses, vehicle registration, issuing and renewing citizen identification cards, electronic identification, residential registration... to improve service quality and promote administrative reform, digital transformation.
The livestream attracted more than 5,500 views and more than 400 interactions. The commune police force received and answered 108 questions from people through comments and messages, mainly related to records, processes and difficulties in the process of implementing administrative procedures. All questions are answered fully and promptly, helping people understand the regulations and limit errors when making documents.

Minh Hoa Commune Police said that the unit will maintain regular answering sessions and expand additional content on security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting... to better meet the information needs of the people and effectively implement the goal of "Serving the People".
