After the activity of overcoming landslides during floods to reach Dang and Tiep villages - two isolated and lost areas on October 28 and 29, on the morning of November 2, Avang Commune Police continued to join the working group of the Commune People's Committee to return to the two villages to grasp the situation, encourage and support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Dang and atep villages are the most severely affected areas, especially atep village, which has just had a major landslide, causing dozens of households to be urgently evacuated. The working group included representatives of the Party Committee, People's Committee of the commune, the police force, the Military Command, the Anong Border Guard Station, and local functional units, schools and health stations.
From early morning, Avuong Commune Police were present to prepare vehicles, coordinate the transportation of goods, rice, instant noodles, warm blankets, warm clothes and essential necessities to the village, overcoming many sections of landslides and mud.
In addition to visiting and giving gifts, the police force also directly supports people in cleaning their houses, moving belongings, reinforcing temporary housing for households that have to be relocated, and at the same time surveying damage, recording the needs of the people to advise and propose timely support measures.

This activity not only has the meaning of material support, but also demonstrates the spirit of "serving the people" of the police force at the border. In the midst of the land that has just passed natural disasters, the image of cadres and soldiers in mud, carrying goods on their shoulders, holding tarpaulins to set up tents has become a reliable support, spreading trust and warmth to each village and each household.
With the spirit of "When people need it, when people are in need, there is a police", the Avuong Commune Police collective continues to stick to the grassroots, accompany the people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, determined not to leave anyone behind.
