At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Nguyen Huu Thanh announced the Decision on retirement with pension benefits for Mr. Pham Thanh Tung - Director of Quang Binh Provincial Social Insurance and the Decision on appointing Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of Quang Binh Provincial Social Insurance to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Social Insurance , the decisions take effect from September 1, 2024.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Director of Quang Binh Provincial Social Insurance, Tran Anh Tuan, said that he was honored to be trusted and appointed to a new responsibility by the Vietnam Social Insurance, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee.

Before being appointed as Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan (born in 1974, from Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province) held the position of Deputy Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Social Insurance from July 2021.
