On the afternoon of December 2, Traffic Police Team No. 2 of Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6, Department 6, Traffic Police Department (CSGT) was performing the task of ensuring traffic order and safety at Km 202 of Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway in Thuan Hoa commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province.
At this time, the driver of the car with license plate 62A - 377.24 looked panicked and continuously signaled for help. Upon inspection, it was found that the car was carrying a man who was having difficulty breathing, vomiting, and having convulsions and needed to be taken to a medical facility immediately.
The patrol team reported, asked for the team leader's opinion and used a traffic police car to guide the car to transport the patient to the Song Binh Commune Health Station, Bac Binh District in time.
At the commune health station, the man received timely emergency care and is out of danger; his health is being monitored.
