On December 8, Mr. Thai Minh Chau - Director of Gia Lai Power Company - said that after many days of efforts to fix the problem, the unit has supported the management unit of Ecohome Nhon Binh Social Housing Apartment (NOXH) (Quy Nhon Dong Ward) to connect the power system to all residents.
"The electricity industry has mobilized more than 22 technical staff to coordinate with 4 contractors to inspect and handle the damaged items. By 8:00 p.m. on December 7, the power system was re-close, ensuring that 100% of apartments had power again," Mr. Chau informed.

Ms. M.T (35 years old, apartment resident) said that the power has been restored since the night of December 7, helping residents' activities return to normal after more than half a month of living without power and water.
"The past few days have been really miserable. Now that there is electricity and water, residents here feel like they are breathing a sigh of relief," she said.

Ms. M.T also suggested that the apartment management board take measures to support cases of damaged vehicles due to flooding and develop better response plans to avoid recurring incidents, ensuring the lives of residents.
As Lao Dong reported, nearly half a month after the historic flood in mid-November, the lives of many residents at Ecohome Nhon Binh Social Housing Apartment were seriously disrupted when the situation of power outages and water shortages continued, but the recovery was slow.

According to residents, the flood on the night of November 18 to the morning of November 19 flooded the entire basement, paralyzing the electricity, water and elevator systems, and almost "frozen" daily activities. Many motorbikes, electric cars and cars parked in the tunnel have been flooded for many days and are severely damaged.
