Khanh Hoa voters requested that the authorities pay attention to and soon invest in the lighting system on National Highway 1A through Nam Ninh Hoa and Bac Ninh Hoa communes, Khanh Hoa province, to ensure traffic safety, security and order and convenience for people in traveling and living, especially at night.
After studying, the Ministry of Construction would like to answer as follows:
National Highway 1A through Khanh Hoa province has been invested in and upgraded by the Ministry of Construction (formerly the Ministry of Transport) since 2015 with a scale of level III, 4 lanes, and is currently operating and using normally.
The Ministry of Construction agreed with voters' recommendations on early investment in a lighting system on National Highway 1A through Bac Ninh Hoa and Nam Ninh Hoa communes, Khanh Hoa province to facilitate traffic, ensure traffic safety and security and order in the area.
Regarding the lighting system of National Highway 1A through Nam Ninh Hoa commune, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council has agreed in Resolution No. 35/NQHDND dated September 16, 2025 with the proposed project list being "National Highway 1A lighting system from Nui Dat bridge (Km1422+568) to Long Phu tourist area (Km1437+400), Ninh Hoa town" using public investment capital for the period 2026 - 2030 and assigning the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board as the Investor for implementation.
The Ministry of Construction requested the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province to study and report to competent authorities to arrange local budget capital to soon invest in the lighting system on National Highway 1A through Bac Ninh Hoa commune according to its authority. The Ministry of Construction will closely coordinate with the locality during the implementation process.
