Voters reflected that in the old Cau Giay district, there are still many projects suspended causing frustration, suggesting that Hanoi review the planning and urge the project's progress to be slow to implement.

On July 22, the Hanoi People's Council Delegates (Department No. 6) had a meeting with voters of Cau Giay, Nghia Do, Yen Hoa wards after the Regular Session in mid-2025 (the 25th Session of the City People's Council).

At the meeting, voters sent 16 opinions to Hanoi People's Council delegates on 26 issues.

In particular, voter Nguyen Van Trong - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee No. 10, Yen Hoa Ward said that after a short time of the two-level government coming into operation, voters and people of Yen Hoa Ward highly appreciated the policy of streamlining the apparatus, helping to reduce costs, save budget and improve service efficiency for people and businesses.

In addition to support, voters also reflected that the old medical station of Trung Hoa ward has been transferred to Cau Giay ward, causing difficulties in health care for Yen Hoa ward residents.

Voters hope that the city and relevant levels will pay attention to and support the policy of building a new health station in Yen Hoa ward.

Along with that, voters mentioned the fact that in the old Cau Giay district, there are still many suspended projects, causing public outrage and public outrage.

Typically, the Duong Dinh Nghe road project; the Ha Yen Quyet road project competes with Nguyen Khang road (Yen Hoa ward) planned for nearly 20 years but has not been implemented.

Therefore, voters requested the City People's Committee to review the planning and investment projects to have a plan to inspect and urge progress, as well as resolutely withdraw projects that are behind schedule; improve the quality of appraisal and approval of planning.

Regarding fire prevention and fighting, voters informed that the implementation in small alleys is always a real challenge and difficulty due to the narrowness and difficulty in accessing the site.

Voters suggested that it is necessary to further strengthen propaganda, inspection, and guidance for households, agencies, and organizations to proactively implement fire and explosion prevention measures and develop treatment plans right from the time of fire to minimize damage.

At the meeting with voters, leaders of Cau Giay, Nghia Do, and Yen Hoa wards directly discussed and responded to recommendations under their authority.

On behalf of the delegation, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of Hanoi City Police spoke and discussed a number of specific contents related to Hanoi City and the three wards of Cau Giay, Nghia Do, Yen Hoa for voters to grasp; at the same time, thanked voters for their attention, help and many opinions and recommendations to contribute to the Delegation to contribute to building Hanoi City to be more civilized and beautiful.
