Regarding 184 unnamed roads in Bac Lieu, which make it difficult for businesses to transfer land use rights - mainly because they cannot value the land for tax purposes - the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Bac Lieu province said it is building a new land price list for the entire province, including 184 unnamed roads. The latest time is the end of this year.
