Construction of houses, kitchens, yards, fish tanks, walls, flower beds... on an area of 0.57 hectares of encroached land in Trai Vong hill area (Quang Son commune, Tam Diep city). This includes 0.45 hectares of land for perennial crops and 0.12 hectares of stream land and traffic land.
The functional forces of Tam Diep city and the People's Committee of Quang Son commune have repeatedly inspected, made records and requested Mr. Cuong's household to immediately stop encroaching on land and illegally building. At the same time, Mr. Cuong's household was requested to dismantle the illegal constructions and return the premises to their original condition.
However, Mr. Cuong's household still did not comply and continued to secretly carry out construction to complete the above works and put them into use.
Implementing the direction of the City People's Committee on handling administrative violations in the field of land against Mr. Ha Tuan Cuong's household in the Trai Vong hill area of Quang Son commune, the Tam Diep City People's Committee has carried out enforcement. forced to take remedial measures for Mr. Cuong's household's violations.
"After completing the enforcement procedures according to regulations, on July 31, our Enforcement Department mobilized nearly 150 people along with equipment and machinery to carry out enforcement and dismantle all construction works. Illegal construction on an area of 0.57 hectares of encroached land belonging to Mr. Cuong's household" - Mr. Thuan said.
All costs for enforcement and dismantling (about 350 million VND) are borne by Mr. Ha Tuan Cuong's household (according to Article 41, Decree 166/2013/ND-CP).
"Up to now, all of the illegal constructions of Mr. Ha Tuan Cuong's household have been dismantled. The dismantling was carried out in accordance with the process and procedures prescribed by law.
