Ha Giang - The landslide in Tung Vai commune (Quan Ba district) killed H.K.C.

On the evening of February 25, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Trong Tung - Chairman of Tung Vai Commune People's Committee - confirmed the tragic incident that just occurred in the area.

Accordingly, at about 9:30 a.m. the same day, a landslide occurred on the road connecting the center of Tung Vai commune to Din San village, Quyet Tien commune. At the time of the landslide, Mr. H.T.V (born in 1991)'s motorbike carrying his wife, Ms. T.T.M (born in 1991) and son, H.K.C (born in 2023) moved here.

The landslide killed H.K.C on the way to the emergency room, and seriously injured Ms. T.T.M.

After the incident, leaders of the People's Committee of Quan Ba district were present at the scene to direct the work of overcoming landslides; at the same time, they visited and encouraged Mr. V's family.
