The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision 2866/QD-UBND approving an additional VND37 billion to purchase cars for general work in communes and wards in the second phase. The funding source is used from the Central Reward beyond Revenue in 2024, according to Resolution 35/NQ-HDND.
According to the decision, about 30 billion VND will be allocated to buy cars for work according to Decision 2487/QD-UBND for 20 communes and wards.
More than 7 billion VND is allocated to buy pickup trucks for service according to Clause 5, Article 8 of Decree 72/2023/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree 153/2025/ND-CP), stipulated in Decision 2488/QD-UBND.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance and the State Treasury of Region XIII to implement the disbursement, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on the budget.
Communes, wards and beneficiary units are responsible for organizing purchases in accordance with procedures, using funds economically - effectively, and at the same time making settlements according to the actual arising issues.
