According to Decision No. 1388/QD-UBND, the total number of key energy-using facilities in 2024 in Da Nang City is 103 facilities. Including 65 industrial facilities, 37 construction works, 1 transportation unit.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to notify key energy users in the city.
At the same time, preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to organize management and monitoring of energy-saving and efficient use activities of key energy-using facilities according to the provisions of law.
Preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, and Da Nang Power Company to organize inspections, reviews, and make a list of key energy-using facilities in the city to submit to the City People's Committee for promulgation before January 1 every year.
Key energy-using institutions are responsible for fully fulfilling their obligations as prescribed in the Law on Energy Efficiency and Savings and Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated March 29, 2011 of the Government detailing and measures to implement the Law on Energy Efficiency and Savings and other relevant legal documents.
