At the handover ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, said that the sidewalk renovation project is not only a construction task, but also demonstrates the responsibility of the government in ensuring safety for pedestrians, facilitating traffic and raising public awareness of maintaining public spaces... The project is designed to be modern and user-friendly, to meet the increasingly high travel needs of people and tourists.
According to the leader of Da Nang City, the project has contributed to completing and synchronously connecting the technical infrastructure, continuously connecting the walking route along the river, contributing to beautifying the city's landscape.
The renovation of the sidewalk on Thang Long Street is not only an essential infrastructure but also a meaningful gift on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the City Party Committee and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang. This demonstrates the determination of the government in building an increasingly developed, modern and livable city.
