According to the document, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Investment Promotion and Support Board to be the focal agency to monitor, urge, and connect investors with specialized state management agencies to support investors in the process of implementing investment procedures in Da Nang city; Proactively contact investors to update the progress of project implementation, summarize related difficulties and problems.
At the same time, urge specialized state management agencies to carry out relevant procedures and resolve difficulties and problems of investors within the prescribed time. Synthesize, report and advise the Chairman of the City People's Committee to promptly direct relevant units to resolve difficulties and problems of investors in the process of implementing investment procedures in the city.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested Directors of Departments, branches, and Chairmen of District People's Committees to be responsible for thoroughly understanding and directing relevant departments to coordinate with the Investment Promotion and Support Board in the process of performing assigned tasks.
The Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Department of Construction are responsible for providing the Investment Promotion and Support Board with contact points and specific information on non-budget investment projects that have been granted/adjusted investment policies/investment certificates and projects that have been successfully auctioned but have not yet put the land into use to support monitoring.
