The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision 1282/QD-UBND on the dissolution of the Da Nang Agricultural Technical Service Center under the Department of Agriculture of Da Nang City, established in Decision No. 7931/QD-UBND dated March 24, 2022.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the Department of Agriculture to monitor and guide the Director of the Da Nang Agricultural Technical Service Center to implement the contents of the handling plan on organization, personnel, finance, assets and other related issues according to the approved project and according to regulations;
Hand over the unit's seal and digital signature; hand over to the units the records and documents related to the functions, tasks, personnel, finance, assets, equipment transferred and the records and documents stored in accordance with regulations.
Direct the Agricultural Extension Center, the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine to receive functions, tasks, personnel, finance, assets, equipment, and arrange and assign them to appropriate job positions in accordance with regulations, ensuring continuity in operations under their management.
