From 19 to April 21, the People's Committee of Da Nang City will collect people's opinions on the project of arranging administrative units (DVHC) at the provincial and commune levels. Participants are voters representing permanent residence. The form of collecting comments through the survey, ensuring transparency and convenience for the people.
For the project of arranging the provincial DVHC, people will be consulted about the planning plan of Da Nang city with neighboring provincial DVHC. For the Project of arranging the commune -level DVHC, people's opinions focused on the plan of arranging and reorganizing communal units to be directly affected.
People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible for summarizing and sending reports to People's Committees of districts at the latest on April 22. Next, the District People's Committee will summarize and send reports to the City People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) at the latest on April 23.
Based on the results of collecting people's opinions, the People's Council (People's Council) of the communes and People's Councils of Hoa Vang district will give comments on both projects before May 24. The Department of Home Affairs is responsible for advising the City People's Committee to report to the City People's Council for review and final opinion about both projects before April 25.
Previously, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also issued documents guiding businesses, business households, cooperatives, cooperatives and cooperative groups without registering to change their addresses due to changing administrative boundaries. Thus, the types of business registration certificates, business households, cooperatives, ... and certificates of branch operations/representative offices/business locations remain effective.
Business registration agencies are not required to re -register the address just because of changing the administrative boundaries. The update of the new address on the Certificate is voluntary, only when the enterprise needs or when changing other information in business registration. Businesses may continue using the existing certificate without carrying out the procedure to change the address.
