Da Nang fines 3 establishments for violating food safety and the environment

    Da Nang has just issued a decision to fine hundreds of millions of VND to 3 enterprises and business households for violating food safety and the environment.

    Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh has just signed and issued decisions to sanction administrative violations against 3 enterprises and business households in the field of environment and food safety with a total fine of nearly 400 million VND.

    Fine San Ho Da Nang Trading and Tourism Joint Stock Company (Ngu Hanh Son District) VND 224.5 million.

    Fine TOP Beer business household (Ngu Hanh Son district) VND 73.5 million.

    The fine for Simsimi Quan business household (Ngu Hanh Son district) is 71.5 million VND.

    In November 2024, Ngu Hanh Son District Police issued a record of these drinking establishments for violating regulations on operating hours, causing insecurity and disorder in residential areas. The authorities have requested a temporary suspension of operations for Simsimi and two other beverages. Notably, Simsimi restaurant, despite being handled, still re-offended.
