The operation must comply with the principles, avoid sudden changes; at the same time, units must regularly provide flood and rainfall forecast information to the City Civil Defense Command and relevant departments to serve the direction and monitoring work.
People's Committees of communes and wards in downstream areas are required to promptly notify people, production organizations, watercraft, aquaculture facilities, etc. to proactively plan precautions and ensure the safety of people and property.
Localities need to review flood response plans, riverbank landslides and strictly prohibit firewood collection and fishing in deep, fast-flowing areas during the management period of lakes.
The City Civil Defense Command recommends that hydropower enterprises and local authorities downstream closely coordinate in the implementation process.
