Spreading the atmosphere towards the Party from the grassroots level
Towards the 14th Party Congress, Youth Union levels in Hung Yen province simultaneously launched campaigns to respond to the "Green Sunday" movement, creating an impression with specific and practical actions associated with community life.
Youth Unions of communes, wards and affiliated Youth Unions have mobilized a large number of union members and youth to participate in cleaning up the environment, collecting garbage, and embellishing the landscape of residential areas, inter-village roads, and public areas.
Along with that, the activities of hanging national flags on main roads and residential areas are deployed simultaneously, contributing to creating a solemn and exciting atmosphere, expressing the spirit towards the Party Congress with close and everyday images. Many Youth Union bases also organize cleaning and caring for martyrs' cemeteries, offering incense to commemorate, thereby educating revolutionary traditions and the morality of "drinking water, remembering the source" for the younger generation.
Not only stopping at action movements, propaganda work about the Party and the 14th Congress is also focused on by Hung Yen province. Typical is the thematic exhibition activity "The Communist Party of Vietnam - Congress and achievements", with three major contents: The birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam; The Communist Party of Vietnam - Congress and achievements; Hung Yen towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Through a system of images, documents, and typical events, the display helps cadres, party members and people understand more deeply about the formation, development and glorious milestones of the Party.
In parallel with propaganda activities, Hung Yen Provincial Police determined that the task of ensuring security and order to serve the 14th Party Congress is a particularly important requirement.
As a locality bordering Hanoi Capital - the venue for the Congress, the Provincial Police has deployed a peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring absolute security and safety for the 14th Congress, the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term, People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, and major events of the country.
100% of police units and localities have developed practical plans, ready to handle all situations right from the grassroots level.
People's trust placed on the 14th Congress
The atmosphere towards the 14th Party Congress is also clearly reflected in the beliefs and expectations of the people, especially workers and laborers - the force directly contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Mr. Hoang Xuan Nam - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hung Yen Garment Corporation - said that workers and laborers are very interested in the major policies of the 14th Congress, especially policies directly related to employment, income and social security.
Workers hope that the 14th Congress will continue to have more practical policies to improve the material and spiritual life of workers" - Mr. Nam shared.
According to Mr. Nam, workers expect the Party and State to continue to improve salary policies in the direction of ensuring living standards and accumulation; pay more attention to housing policies and social welfare for workers in industrial zones and clusters; and at the same time create conditions for the Trade Union organization to better promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers.
From the perspective of a party member living at the grassroots level, Mr. Nguyen Duc Huan (Ba Trieu street, Pho Hien ward) said that the 14th Congress is an important milestone, opening up expectations for a new stage of development for the country.
According to him, what people expect most is that the Party's resolutions continue to stick to reality, originating from people's lives, creating motivation for sustainable economic development, social stability, and people to feel secure in working and producing.
From specific action movements to the people's sincere beliefs and expectations, Hung Yen is creating a positive political atmosphere, consensus, towards the 14th Party Congress - an event of particular importance to the future development of the country.
