On July 19, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee decided to establish a Public Administration Service Center, under the Provincial People's Committee Office.
The Public Administration Service Center has two facilities. Of which, facility 1 is at No. 9 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (Buon Ma Thuot Ward) and facility 2 is at No. 206 Tran Hung Dao Street (Tuy Hoa Ward).
In which, facility 2 will cease operations before December 31, 2025. The Public Administration Service Center has the function of advising and assisting the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office in State management of administrative procedure control.
In addition, the unit is also responsible for implementing administrative procedure reform, one-stop, one-stop mechanisms and handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
The unit is subject to professional guidance and guidance from competent state agencies; has its own seal and account to perform assigned tasks and powers.
