On December 7, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the province has implemented many synchronous and drastic solutions in managing budget revenue and expenditure.
In the first 11 months of 2025, the total state budget revenue in the area reached nearly 15,700 billion VND. Domestic revenue alone is estimated at more than VND 10,969 billion, exceeding the central estimate by 20.01%, the provincial People's Council estimate by 17.11%, and increasing by 22.34% over the same period last year.
The province's main revenue sources include: Revenue from non-state-owned enterprises reached VND 4,610 billion, up 24.78% and far exceeding the estimate; land use fee revenue reached VND 4,180 billion, up 34.44%.
Revenue from the import-export sector reached more than 156 billion VND, up 50.83%. Another outstanding source of revenue is lottery, with an estimated revenue of VND 386.7 billion, an increase of 133.29%, exceeding the estimate assigned by the Central and Provincial People's Councils.
This is considered a positive signal, showing that lottery activities have recovered strongly and contributed significantly to social welfare.
Also in the first 11 months of 2025, the total budget expenditure of the province reached more than VND 36,715 billion, equal to 92.67% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 86.02% of the estimate of the Provincial People's Council, an increase of 24.25% over the same period.
