The first incident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. on April 10, on Dinh Vu Street, km107+900 National Highway 5 (Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong). At this time, Mr. T.V.H (born in 2002, residing in Nam Hai ward, Hai An district) was driving a motorbike from the Mac Thai To - Dinh Vu intersection to Nam Dinh Vu industrial park when he collided with a concrete block on the road.
As a result, Mr. H suffered head injuries and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 11pm the same day, Mr. H died.
The second incident occurred at 5:40 a.m. on April 11 at the foot of Bui Vien bridge (Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district). A 16-seat car driven by Mr. N.V.M (born in 1988, residing in Quang Ninh province) towards Bui Vien bridge towards Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap roundabout collided with 2 motorbikes. As a result, Mr. N.V.K (born in 1982, residing in An Lao district, Hai Phong), the motorbike driver, was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room but died later.
Currently, the causes of the accidents are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
