Initial information, at 0:15 on March 25, a self-inflicted accident occurred on the road of Hoang Lau residential group, Hong Phong ward, An Duong district. The victim, Mr. H.A.D (born in 2002, residing in Lang Chanh, Thanh Hoa), was driving a motorbike in the direction of Trang Due Industrial Park to National Highway 17B. The car of Mr. D carrying Ms. L.T.L (born in 2005, residing in Muong La, Son La) collided with a lighting pole on the sidewalk. As a result, Mr. D suffered multiple injuries, Ms. L suffered a broken facial bone.
Previously, another accident occurred at around 15:35 on March 24, at km 6+970 of Tan Vu - Lach Huyen road (Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong). At this time, Mr. T.S.L (born in 2001, residing in Lao Cai province) was riding a motorbike in the direction of Cat Hai - DeepC roundabout and crashed into the back of a truck in the same direction. As a result, Mr. L died.
